- Administer, configure, and support the Ping Federate platform.
- Configure and troubleshoot SSO and federation services.
- Support authentication flows, certificates, and identity integrations.
- Support SAML, OAuth, and OIDC integrations with enterprise applications.
- Participate in system changes, upgrades, testing, deployment, and post-change validation.
- Troubleshoot incidents and integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with IAM, application, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.
- BCs. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 3+ Yrs of relevant experience supporting Ping Federate or similar federation/SSO platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SSO, federation, and identity integration concepts.
- Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth, and/or OIDC.
- Good understanding of digital certificates, authentication flows, and identity integrations.
- Experience with configuration changes, integrations, troubleshooting, upgrades, and deployments.
- Experience working in enterprise production or managed-services environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Ability to participate in controlled change, release, and deployment activities.
- Ability to support platform upgrades, including preparation, testing, deployment, and post-upgrade validation.
- Ability to maintain accurate technical documentation and participate in knowledge-transfer activities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with business users, technical teams, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and vendors.
- Ability to work within ITIL-based incident, problem, change, and service-management processes.
