SAP Service Delivery Coordinator
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Start: ASAP
Duration: Until August 2027
Working Model: Hybrid / Onsite, transitioning to remote
We are looking for an experienced SAP Service Delivery Coordinator to support a major SAP customer in Riyadh.
The role will sit between the customer, SAP consultants and the delivery management team, coordinating day-to-day service delivery and ensuring tickets, SLAs, resources and escalations are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate SAP delivery activities, tickets and customer requests
- Prioritise workloads and track progress against agreed SLAs
- Coordinate SAP consultants and supplier resources
- Support governance meetings, reporting and escalations
- Coordinate Change Requests, technical specifications and effort estimates
- Act as a key customer-facing point of contact for delivery-related matters
- Support resource planning, transitions and consultant replacements
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and optimisation
- Strong understanding of SAP applications and delivery processes
- Previous experience in SAP Service Delivery, AMS, Operations, PMO or Delivery Coordination
- Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
- Experience managing tickets, SLAs, suppliers and escalations
- Confident working with both technical and functional SAP teams
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to work onsite in Riyadh initially
The initial period will involve approximately 3 months onsite in Riyadh, followed by a 1 week remote / 1 week onsite rotation. The position is expected to become fully remote following customer confirmation.
Suitable backgrounds could include: SAP Service Delivery Manager, SAP AMS Coordinator, SAP Operations Manager, SAP Delivery Manager, SAP PMO or SAP Service Manager.
