Job Description
  • As an IT Specialist at Al Nahda University, your core responsibilities encompass technical support, hardware/software troubleshooting, infrastructure management, and security maintenance.
  • You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues across desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and network devices.
  • Your daily IT operations include managing IT equipment inventory, configuring operating systems and software applications, and provisioning user accounts and access privileges.
  • You will monitor network performance metrics, assist with routine system maintenance, implement IT security best practices, and maintain reliable system backups.
  • Documenting technical issues, troubleshooting steps, permanent solutions, and ongoing IT support activities forms a vital part of your daily workflow.
  • Collaborating proactively with academic departments and administrative staff ensures prompt incident resolution and high user satisfaction.
