Data Scientist - Credit/debit card analytics
Contract: 12 Months
We are looking for a Data Scientist / Data Analyst with strong experience in banking analytics, credit/debit card analytics, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling to support data-driven business and customer strategy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze customer, transaction, and portfolio data to identify business opportunities and trends.
- Develop customer segmentation models based on behavioral, transactional, and demographic data.
- Build and apply predictive models for customer behavior, retention, acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, and propensity.
- Analyze credit card portfolio performance, customer spend, revenue, and profitability
. - Support campaign analytics and measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, revenue, and portfolio performance.
- Perform statistical analysis and translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Work closely with business, product, marketing, and risk stakeholders.
- Develop analytical reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
- Credit Card / Debit Card analytics
- Revenue & Profitability Analytics
- Strong SQL
- Strong Python
- Experience with transaction/customer data
- Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
