Cloud Consultancy – CCDS is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM/PAM) Specialist to support enterprise identity, access, authentication, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and privileged-access services across its environment in Riyadh.

The role focuses on operating and governing identity and access services, ensuring effective user lifecycle management, access provisioning, approval workflows, and role management across connected enterprise systems. The successful candidate will contribute to the secure and efficient administration of identity and privileged-access environments.

This is a project-based managed cybersecurity services engagement with a 13-month RFP term
, providing an opportunity for experienced cybersecurity professionals to strengthen their IAM/PAM expertise, gain enterprise project exposure, and develop their career in identity security and access governance.

• Manage Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) identity lifecycle processes.
• Manage automated account provisioning across connected systems.
• Review access requests and associated approval workflows.
• Review and manage user roles and access permissions.
• Support enterprise identity and access management operations.
• Operate and govern authentication and identity services.
• Support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes.
• Support privileged access management (PAM) services.
• Help maintain secure and appropriate access across enterprise environments.
• Contribute to effective identity and access governance within the organization.

• Minimum 6+ years of professional experience

• Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management.
• Experience managing Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes.
• Experience with account provisioning across connected systems.
• Knowledge of access requests, approvals, roles, and access governance.
• Understanding of enterprise authentication and access-management environments.
• Strong cybersecurity awareness and attention to access-control requirements.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
