In this critical infrastructure leadership role, you will be responsible for managing mission-critical data center facilities, hosting environments, compute, storage, virtualization, and backup systems supporting city-wide digital operations. The ideal candidate will bring 12 to 15 years of professional experience in ICT infrastructure and large-scale data center operations, deep technical proficiency in physical and virtual systems, and robust capacity planning expertise.

As an ICT & Data Center Infrastructure Management professional at DWT Technology in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will serve as the principal technical authority responsible for ensuring the absolute reliability, high availability, and optimal performance of enterprise-scale hosting platforms. Your daily responsibilities will encompass managing data center facilities, power, cooling, and physical infrastructure, overseeing compute, virtualization, and backup systems, monitoring capacity demands, and coordinating maintenance and technical support activities.

• Manage mission-critical data center facilities and hosting environments, including power, cooling, and physical infrastructure.
• Oversee enterprise compute, storage, virtualization, and backup infrastructure platforms.
• Ensure uncompromising high availability, reliability, operational stability, and performance across all infrastructure systems.
• Monitor resource capacity continuously and ensure infrastructure is appropriately sized for current and future operational demand.
• Coordinate complex infrastructure operations, preventive maintenance routines, and vendor technical support activities.
• Support strategic capacity planning, rapid incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and infrastructure optimization.
• Drive rigorous technical troubleshooting across complex hardware, networking, and virtualization layers.
• Facilitate seamless cross-functional stakeholder coordination with engineering, operations, and executive leadership teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to enterprise security standards, data governance policies, and operational compliance.
• Author comprehensive operational reports, capacity forecasting models, and infrastructure management runbooks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 12 to 15 years of professional experience in ICT Infrastructure and Data Center Operations.
• Strong comprehensive knowledge of data center physical facilities, power, cooling, compute, storage, and virtualization.
• Proven expertise in capacity planning, high-availability architecture, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
• Strong technical troubleshooting capabilities and cross-functional stakeholder coordination skills.
• Prior professional background supporting large-scale or city-wide enterprise ICT environments.
• Outstanding analytical problem-solving, risk management, and communication abilities.
