As a Technical Presales Consultant you ll play a critical role in enhancing the sales of assigned products by offering presales support to customers
Key responsibilities- Converting customer reseller inquiries into the right technical solutions
- Meeting with end-users to understand their requirements in detail
- Generating Bills of Materials BoM and designing solution blocks in collaboration with hardware software vendors
- Conducting product demos and Proof of Concept PoC presentations for customers
- Arranging and delivering technical trainings for partners and customers
- Reviewing and analyzing RFPs RFQs preparing technical compliance sheets and drafting technical proposals
- 3-5 years of pre-sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of:
Juniper, Cisco, and HPE technologies. - Enthusiasm and a results-driven mindset with a strong will to succeed.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work proactively and independently.
- Must be open to learning new technologies and obtaining new certifications as per business requirements
- Juniper: JNCIA-MistAI / JNCIS-MistAI, JNCIA-WLAN / JNCIA-DC / JNCIA-SEC, JNCIS-ENT
- HPE Aruba: ACMA / ACMP / ACCA or Aruba Certified Edge Associate
- Cisco: CCNA / CCNP (Enterprise or Security)
- Additional advantages: CWNA or Security+
