Position Summary

Forces Plus is seeking an experienced, highly technical, and proactive IT Manager with 5+ years of professional experience in IT management or senior IT positions to join our corporate team on a full-time basis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this specialized IT leadership and infrastructure management role, you will spearhead overseeing enterprise IT systems, supervising technical support teams, securing network perimeters, and driving strategic IT infrastructure upgrades.

You will work closely with cross-functional department heads, system administrators, and executive leadership to manage SOPHOS firewalls, ERP and CRM platforms, and call center solutions. Ideal candidates bring a strong academic background in computer science or information technology, professional certifications (CISSP, PMP, CCNA, MCSA), and immediate availability for employment in Riyadh.

As an IT Manager at Forces Plus in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will take full ownership of planning, managing, and optimizing the company’s comprehensive IT infrastructure, networks, servers, hardware, and data security operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass supervising the IT team to ensure seamless daily operations, conducting regular system audits, troubleshooting complex technical faults, and deploying new enterprise applications, software updates, and system enhancements.

You will develop and implement corporate IT policies, procedures, and security best practices, manage employee IT onboarding and user access control, and lead multi-departmental IT projects and migrations. Working in a fast-paced enterprise environment, you will configure network firewalls, deliver internal IT training, and prepare comprehensive technical documentation and operational reports for senior management.

• Manage, supervise, and mentor the corporate IT team to ensure seamless daily technology operations and service delivery.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize enterprise networks, servers, software applications, hardware assets, and data security frameworks.
• Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and proactive troubleshooting of complex technical issues.
• Deploy new enterprise applications, system patches, software updates, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive IT policies, operational procedures, and industry best practices.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational management reports for leadership.
• Coordinate IT employee onboarding, offboarding, asset allocation, and granular user access management.
• Lead strategic IT projects, infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and network improvements from planning to closure.
• Install, configure, and maintain enterprise servers, network devices, SOPHOS firewalls, and core communication systems.
• Deliver professional IT training, technical support, and guidance to internal corporate teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in IT Management or a senior IT leadership position.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on operational experience with SOPHOS Firewalls, enterprise ERP, and CRM systems.
• Proven familiarity with Call Center technological solutions, telephony integrations, and customer service platforms.
• Excellent leadership, team supervision, problem-solving, and executive decision-making capabilities.
• Strong ability to manage multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure corporate environment.
