OverviewOur client in KSA is seeking a Head of QA to ensure total reliability across the remittance platform. The role will define and implement automated testing strategies, oversee performance and stress testing, and guarantee defect-free transaction processing across all channels.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure robust, repeatable validation
- Oversee performance, load, and stress testing of transaction systems
- Drive end-to-end QA strategy to achieve zero defects in production
- Collaborate with Development, Dev Ops, and Product teams to integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines
- Establish QA governance, standards, and metrics to monitor quality across the organisation
- Mentor QA teams to build technical expertise and a culture of quality and accountability
- Proven experience in QA leadership within fintech, remittance, or digital banking platforms
- Expert in automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress
- Experience testing mobile wallets, payment gateways, or high-volume financial transaction systems
- Strong knowledge of performance, stress, and security testing practices
- Leadership experience, with ability to guide and mentor high-performing QA teams
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia and available for on-site engagement
- Saudi or GCC National (Bahrain, Oman, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar), or Expat with transferable Iqama
- Business Visit and Family Visit visas are not eligible
