Associate Expert Scrum Master
Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is a leading IT outsourcing company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Expert Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.
As an Associate Expert Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our software development projects. You will work closely with our cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of high‑quality products to our clients. Your main responsibility will be to facilitate the agile development process and ensure that all team members are following Scrum principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, and other Scrum ceremonies
- Guide and coach the development team on how to use Scrum practices and values to achieve project objectives
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog
- Identify and remove any impediments that may be hindering the team’s progress
- Ensure that the team is following Scrum processes and continuously improving their practices
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to the Scrum Master and stakeholders
- Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team
- Act as a servant leader and foster a positive and productive work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with software development projects and Agile methodologies
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
