Position Summary

SIS Global is seeking an experienced, highly technical, and accomplished Middleware Support Engineer (L2) – BSS Integration with mandatory previous Ericsson experience to join our client delivery team on a full-time, onsite basis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this specialized telecommunications middleware and BSS integration role, you will spearhead providing L2 operational support, incident management, and deep-dive troubleshooting for Web Methods SAG, enterprise service bus (ESB) platforms, message brokers, and complex BSS integrations.

You will work closely with cross-functional core network teams, billing specialists, and software vendors to ensure uncompromised message delivery and middleware uptime. As a Middleware Support Engineer (L2) – BSS Integration at SIS Global in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will take full ownership of maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting mission-critical middleware and enterprise service bus (ESB) architectures within a live telecommunications production environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass resolving L2 production incidents, managing API gateways, administering message brokers (IBM MQ, Kafka, RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ), and supporting complex BSS integration workflows across Ericsson BSS platforms.

You will collaborate with application development squads to optimize transaction performance, analyze error logs, and perform root-cause analysis (RCA). Working in a premier onsite environment in Riyadh requiring previous Ericsson experience, you will drive middleware reliability and seamless BSS interoperability.

• Provide expert L2 operational support, maintenance, and incident resolution for Web Methods SAG and enterprise service bus (ESB) platforms [cite: .jpg].
• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise messaging middleware and event brokers including IBM MQ, Kafka, and RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ [cite: .jpg].
• Manage end-to-end BSS integration workflows, service orchestration, and API management across telecommunications environments [cite: .jpg].
• Support and integrate proprietary and standard Ericsson BSS platforms and charging systems (Ericsson experience mandatory) [cite: .jpg, .jpg].
• Monitor middleware cluster health, analyze transaction flow, and execute proactive performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot complex message parsing errors, queue bottlenecks, connectivity timeouts, and transaction deadlocks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in enterprise middleware administration, ESB support, and BSS integration.
