3 to 5 months

• Manage and resolve incoming IT support tickets via phone, email, and in-person requests
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and AV equipment issues on-site
• Coordinate with vendors and technical teams for escalated or complex issues
• Maintain inventory of IT assets, equipment, and licenses used at the venue
• Set up and test IT/AV systems ahead of events and daily operations
• Document recurring issues and maintain helpdesk logs and knowledge base
• Provide basic training and guidance to staff on IT systems and tools

• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network systems
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support workflows
• Basic knowledge of AV equipment and event technology setups
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Valid work authorization to work in Saudi Arabia

• At least 2 years of experience in IT helpdesk, technical support, or venue/event IT coordination
• Experience supporting live events, venues, or fast-paced operational environments is highly preferred
