We are looking for a Tamheer Trainee – IT Help Desk to join our team in Riyadh and support day-to-day IT operations and end-user technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to employees.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and system issues.
- Support user access, password resets, and account-related requests.
- Assist with laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Log and follow up on IT support tickets.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the concerned IT team.
- Support new joiners with basic IT setup and access requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate and eligible for Tamheer.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, hardware, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
