Cybersecurity Engineer – EDR​/EPP

Harjai Technologies is seeking an experienced, highly technical, and accomplished Cybersecurity Engineer – EDR / EPP with 3 to 5 years of professional cybersecurity infrastructure experience to join our client deployment team on a full-time, permanent basis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this specialized endpoint security and infrastructure role, you will spearhead deploying, managing, optimizing, and maintaining Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Endpoint Protection Platform (EPP) solutions across enterprise environments.

You will work closely with SOC teams, system administrators, and vendors to ensure complete endpoint coverage, policy compliance, and threat mitigation. Ideal candidates bring a robust academic degree in computer science or cybersecurity, deep practical mastery of Kaspersky Security Center and endpoint hardening, and immediate availability for deployment in Riyadh.

As a Cybersecurity Engineer – EDR / EPP at Harjai Technologies in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will take full ownership of endpoint security architecture, Kaspersky EDR/EPP deployment, policy tuning, and incident response support. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass deploying and maintaining EDR/EPP agents across servers and workstations, managing Kaspersky Security Center (KSC/KSCA) policies, task scheduling, and agent deployment, tuning detection policies, application control, device control, and web/mail filtering, and monitoring agent health.

You will coordinate with SOC teams for rule tuning and false-positive reduction, manage patch cycles and vendor escalations, prepare compliance reports, and support incident response activities. Working in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment in Riyadh, you will drive enterprise threat protection and operational excellence.

• Deploy, configure, and maintain EDR/EPP agents across enterprise servers and client workstations.
• Manage Kaspersky Security Center (KSC/KSCA) platforms, including security policies, agent deployment, and automated task scheduling.
• Tune advanced detection policies, application control rules, device control settings, and web/mail filtering mechanisms.
• Monitor agent health, connectivity status, and ensure 100 percent complete endpoint security coverage.
• Coordinate closely with Security Operations Center (SOC) teams for alert analysis, rule tuning, and false-positive reduction.
• Manage software upgrades, patch management cycles, and technical vendor escalations.
• Prepare comprehensive endpoint coverage, health, and policy compliance reports for executive stakeholders.
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and runbooks, participating actively in change management workflows.
• Coordinate with hardware and software vendors for technical support, license renewals, and roadmap updates.
• Support endpoint and identity-related incident response activities, threat containment, and forensic investigations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity infrastructure, endpoint security, or SOC operations.
• Deep hands-on practical experience with Kaspersky Endpoint Security and Kaspersky EDR platforms.
• Proven proficiency in managing Kaspersky Security Center (KSC/KSCA) architectures.
• Strong administrative skills across Windows Server and Linux enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of enterprise network security, firewalls, proxies, and network segmentation principles.
