The Cybersecurity Specialist will serve as a key technical resource for project teams, vendors, suppliers, and infrastructure personnel, providing cybersecurity guidance while identifying threats, evaluating security controls, supporting investigations, and implementing measures to protect corporate and client information assets.

• Manage cybersecurity operations for project information systems and business applications.
• Support account administration, eDiscovery, incident response, policy compliance, and implementation of security technologies.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact with vendors and suppliers on cybersecurity solutions.
• Develop cybersecurity recommendations for project management based on identified technical requirements and risks.
• Develop, maintain, review, and audit technical and analytical aspects of cybersecurity systems and controls.
• Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of workstations, servers, applications, and networks.
• Apply effective account management, system hardening, and software update practices.
• Support secure operation and administration of cybersecurity technologies.
• Apply cybersecurity best practices and cryptographic principles to protect sensitive information.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate threats and vulnerabilities affecting corporate or client information assets.
• Provide cybersecurity guidance, training, and incident recovery assistance to end users and project teams.
• Lead and support investigations involving cybersecurity incidents.
• Contribute to cybersecurity improvement initiatives following incidents, assessments, and identified risks.

• Conduct vulnerability assessments and oversee implementation of appropriate security controls and protective measures.
• Evaluate existing cybersecurity controls and identify areas requiring remediation.
• Develop remediation recommendations for identified security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Monitor cybersecurity risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Support compliance with project, client, and regulatory cybersecurity requirements.
• Participate as the cybersecurity representative in project teams, technical reviews, and internal committees.
• Provide cybersecurity oversight and guidance to infrastructure and client-server teams.
• Promote consistent application of cybersecurity requirements, standards, and procedures.

• Bachelor 's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT infrastructure, or related technology environments.
• Strong experience in cybersecurity operations and incident response.
• Practical expertise in vulnerability management and security administration.
• Knowledge of network technologies, including MPLS, VPN, and wireless networking.
• Strong understanding of firewall technologies, access controls, authentication, and digital signatures.
• Experience with domain structures, identity management, and user authentication systems.
• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53 and related cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
• Ability to assess existing security controls and develop appropriate remediation plans.
• Strong analytical and investigative capabilities for cybersecurity incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical cybersecurity matters to technical and non-technical audiences.
