Technical Team Lead – Security Device Managed Services

We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead to join our Managed Security Services team. In this role, you will lead a team of security engineers responsible for the delivery, management, and optimization of security devices across our clients' environments. You will serve as the technical authority, ensuring service excellence and operational continuity.

• Lead and mentor a team of security engineers in day-to-day managed security operations
• Oversee the configuration, monitoring, and management of security devices and network security infrastructure
• Act as the escalation point for complex technical incidents and service issues
• Ensure SLA compliance and maintain high standards of service delivery for clients
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and provide expert guidance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across tools, processes, and team capabilities
• Prepare and present technical reports to management and stakeholders
• Saudi nationals only
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on network security and security device management
• Proven experience in a team lead or senior technical role within a Managed Security Services environment
• Hands-on expertise with network security tools and technologies (Firewall/NGFW, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR/XDR, or similar)
• Strong understanding of security operations, incident response, and escalation management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Relevant certifications are a plus (CISSP, CISM, CEH, or vendor-specific)

• Prior experience working with MSSP or large enterprise environments
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's cybersecurity regulations and NCA frameworks
