Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations Consultant

Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, including at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations Consultant / Specialist with strong hands-on implementation experience. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in implementing, configuring, customizing, integrating, and reporting within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations
.

This role requires someone who can work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective system designs, configurations, workflows, integrations, and reporting solutions.

• Implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations based on business and project requirements.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system design, configuration, and functional solutions.
• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 Project Operations using low-code/no-code capabilities and custom development where required.
• Work with the Microsoft Power Platform
  , including:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Microsoft Dataverse
• Design and support system integrations and data flows between Dynamics 365 Project Operations and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using Dynamics 365 Project Operations data.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to define business processes, workflows, system requirements, and reporting needs.
• Support end-to-end implementation activities, including configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and user support.
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements and enhancements.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business requirements.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365

• At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations
  .
• Proven experience in implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 Project Operations
  .
• Strong experience in system configuration, customization, and platform extensions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  , including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, data flows, and data migration related to Dynamics 365.
• Strong experience in developing Power BI dashboards and reports

• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience in end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation projects.
• Experience with custom development and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse architecture and security.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external and enterprise applications.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications are preferred.

Candidates with direct hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations experience will be prioritized. Candidates with only general Dynamics 365 experience and no direct Project Operations implementation experience may not be considered.
