OneSpan Delivery Manager

Secure Max is seeking an experienced, highly technical, and accomplished One Span Delivery Manager with 8+ years of professional IT delivery, project management, and banking/financial services experience to join our client engagement team on a full-time, permanent onsite basis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (supporting 24×7 banking operations). In this specialized digital security and One Span technology delivery leadership role, you will spearhead managing One Span/Vasco technology delivery, secure authentication workflows, digital signing platforms, and production environments.

You will work closely with business units, application teams, infrastructure squads, security officers, and banking stakeholders to guarantee high availability, regulatory compliance, and seamless digital transformation. Ideal candidates bring a robust academic degree in computer science or finance, deep practical mastery of One Span Digital, One Span Sign, REST APIs, enterprise security frameworks, and immediate availability for deployment in Riyadh.

As a One Span Delivery Manager at Secure Max in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will take full ownership of end-to-end One Span implementation, integration, configuration, deployment, upgrades, and troubleshooting across mission-critical banking platforms. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass managing One Span / Vasco technology delivery, overseeing authentication workflows, rules, connectors, and REST APIs, and providing rigorous production support, incident management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), problem management, and SLA management in a 24×7 banking environment.

You will coordinate delivery across multiple technical teams, handle executive stakeholder reporting, and manage escalations. Working in a fast-paced financial technology and security consulting environment in Saudi Arabia, you will drive digital trust and operational excellence.

• Lead and manage end-to-end technology delivery, implementation, and deployment of One Span / Vasco solutions for banking clients.
• Administer and support One Span Digital, One Span Sign, authentication workflows, security rules, workflow connectors, and REST APIs.
• Oversee complex One Span system integrations, software upgrades, configuration baselines, and production environment stability.
• Provide expert technical leadership for production support, incident management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and problem management.
• Ensure strict adherence to 24×7 banking service level agreements (SLAs), uptime guarantees, and incident response metrics.
• Coordinate delivery tasks and technical roadmaps across multiple cross-functional engineering squads and external vendor teams.
• Collaborate proactively with business stakeholders, application developers, infrastructure engineers, and corporate security teams.
• Manage executive-level reporting, stakeholder communications, risk registers, and escalation-handling procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, architecture runbooks, system integration blueprints, and audit logs.
• Ensure compliance with regional financial regulations, banking security baselines, and data privacy standards in Saudi Arabia.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Finance, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of professional IT delivery and project management experience with a strong background in banking or financial services.
• Strong, demonstrated operational experience managing One Span / Vasco technology delivery and enterprise production environments.
