Are you ready to be the face of SAP's cloud services excellence for enterprise customers across EMEA?

As an Application Service Manager (ASM) within SAP Cloud Application Services (CAS), you will be the central point of ownership for some of our most strategic customer engagements — driving service quality, deepening relationships, and leading cross-functional teams through the full customer lifecycle, from transition to operations and beyond. This is an Individual Contributor role, hybrid with a location in Riyadh.

This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of technology, customer success, and business growth.

• Own end-to-end CAS customer engagements — managing budget, quality, and stakeholder communication across the full lifecycle (transition, stabilisation, operations, offboarding)

• Act as a trusted advisor: proactively identify optimisation, innovation, and adoption opportunities for customers

• Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty; lead escalation resolution with confidence and composure

• Collaborate closely with SAP account teams, delivery teams, and partners to ensure a seamless, one‑stop CAS experience

• Champion upsell opportunities and support growth of the CAS service portfolio

• Orchestrate communication across all levels — from technical teams to C-level stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field

• 6 years in customer account management, managed services, or relationship management

• 4 years of hands‑on experience in at least one SAP Solution Area (e.g. S/4
  
  HANA – FI/MM, Success Factors, BTP).

• 4 years leading global or cross‑functional teams in a project management capacity

• Strong knowledge of the SAP portfolio and cloud services landscape

• Experience in SAP implementation projects and/or managed services environments

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills — from technical teams to executive level

• A results‑driven, customer‑first mindset with the ability to navigate complexity

• Business fluency in English and Arabic (required)
