Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle SCM Consultant to join our team and provide expert guidance and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) and extensive experience in implementing and optimizing SCM solutions for various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic recommendations for Oracle SCM solutions
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing
Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure proper understanding and utilization of Oracle SCM functionalities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks in the implementation process
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Oracle SCM and provide insights to clients on how to leverage them for their business
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle SCM systems, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime
Mentor and train junior consultants on Oracle SCM best practices and methodologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle SCM solutions
Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM modules and functionalities, including Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing
Experience working with clients from various industries, such as retail, manufacturing, and distribution
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Oracle SCM certification is a plus
