” The Job Description”

  • Design, implement, administer, and optimize the Nexthink DEX platform across enterprise environments.
  • Monitor and analyze digital employee experience, device, application, and IT performance data.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and actionable insights to improve employee experience and IT operations.
  • Identify and troubleshoot endpoint, application, and performance issues using Nexthink analytics.
  • Configure Nexthink campaigns, alerts, remote actions, and automation to improve IT support and user experience.
  • Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, security, and service management teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
  • Provide technical support, documentation, and knowledge transfer to customers and internal teams.
    • Requirements
    • Proven experience with Nexthink Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform and enterprise environments.
    • Strong knowledge of endpoint management, Windows, applications, networks, and IT service management.
    • Experience with Nexthink dashboards, investigations, remote actions, campaigns, and analytics.
    • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
    • Experience with Power Shell, SQL, Power BI, or automation tools is a plus.
    • Relevant IT certifications and experience in ITSM/Service Now are advantageous.
