We are looking for an experienced SAP Success Factors HXM Module Lead with strong expertise in Employee Central, ECP, Time Tracking, and SAP integrations.
KeySkills:
- SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC)
- Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Time Tracking / Time Management
- Business Integration Builder (BIB)
- SAP CPI / Integration Suite
- MDF, RBP, Workflows & Business Rules
- Position Management
- Data Migration, SIT/UAT & Go-Live
- Lead end-to-end Success Factors HXM implementation and support
- Drive solution design and requirement gathering
- Configure EC, MDF, workflows, business rules, Position Management & RBP
- Manage ECP payroll processes and EC-ECP replication
- Configure Time Tracking and attendance processes
- Lead BIB integrations, testing, data migration and go-live
