We are seeking an experienced IT Officer to provide IT operations and technical support in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is suitable for professionals with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in IT and technical support
.

The successful candidate will support users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, and assist with network, information security, and backup-related activities. Knowledge of Active Directory, firewalls, and VPN technologies will be an advantage.

• Provide day-to-day IT and technical support to users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and technical issues.
• Support Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and related technical issues.
• Support information security practices and IT infrastructure.
• Assist with data backup and recovery activities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and equipment.
• Support user accounts and access management.
• Assist with Active Directory administration where required.
• Support firewall and VPN-related activities.
• Maintain IT documentation and technical records.
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field

• Knowledge of computer networks and IT infrastructure.
• Understanding of information security principles.
• Knowledge of backup systems and processes.
