Apply for this Position## About the Role Sendan Technology is seeking an accomplished Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to join our Enterprise Advisory practice in Riyadh. In this high-impact consulting leadership position, you will spearhead end-to-end digital modernization initiatives for leading Saudi enterprises, semi-government entities, and industrial manufacturers.

As our Senior Functional Consultant, you will act as the principal bridge between complex client business requirements and standard/customized Odoo ERP architectures (v16, v17, and v18 Enterprise). You will be responsible for orchestrating end-to-end implementation life cycles—from initial strategic blueprinting, gap analysis, and process re-engineering to custom module scoping, user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, and cutover execution.

You will ensure that all financial and operational workflows comply fully with the statutory frameworks of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the ZATCA Phase 2 Fatoora e-invoicing mandate, GOSI social insurance reporting, WPS (Wage Protection System) banking integration, and Qiwa Saudization compliance. In addition to technical execution, you will mentor junior functional analysts, collaborate with technical developers on API integrations, and maintain long-term client advisory relationships to maximize ROI and digital agility.##

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct executive-level business requirement discovery, AS-IS vs. TO-BE workflow modeling, and comprehensive ERP blueprint workshops.
* Design and configure core Odoo modules:
Financial Accounting, Multi-Company Ledgers, Inventory & Multi-Warehouse Management, Procurement, Sales, MRP (Manufacturing), and HR/Payroll.
* Architect end-to-end ZATCA Phase 2 clearance and reporting compliance, ensuring cryptographic invoice signing, XML structure generation, and API onboarding.
* Lead data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation sprints from legacy systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, Excel) into Odoo Enterprise.
* Develop functional specification documents (FSDs) for custom developments, reporting dashboards, and third-party integrations (WPS, POS, WMS, Payment Gateways).
* Design and execute structured User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, role-based security matrices, and comprehensive user training curricula.
* Supervise go-live cutover activities, hypercare operational support, and post-implementation maturity reviews.## Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent.
* 5+ years of verified hands-on functional consulting experience with Odoo Enterprise (v15, v16, v17, or v18).
* Official Odoo Functional Consultant Certification is highly desirable.
* Proven delivery of at least 4 full-lifecycle enterprise Odoo implementations for organizations with 150+ users.
* Deep functional expertise in Saudi statutory and regulatory frameworks: ZATCA Phase 2 Fatoora, GOSI, WPS file structures, and VAT rules.
* Demonstrated mastery of financial accounting principles (Chart of Accounts, journal entries, reconciliation, analytical cost accounting, VAT return filings).
* Exceptional bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic with outstanding executive presentation and client stakeholder management skills.##
