The Assistant Manager – SAP Basis & Security is responsible for leading the administration, security, and governance of SAP systems across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. The role ensures system stability, secure access management, compliance with audit requirements, and seamless integration across SAP applications including S/4
HANA, BTP, Ariba, Success Factors, and MDG. This position combines technical leadership, operational ownership, and governance accountability, aligned with enterprise-scale SAP landscapes and cybersecurity standards.
- Leading SAP system administration for S/4
HANA and related platforms - Managing transports
- System refreshes
- Upgrades
- Patch management
- Kernel updates
- Monitoring system health
- Designing and maintaining SAP roles and authorization structures
- Configuring and supporting SAP GRC modules
- Administering SAP BTP subaccounts and security
- Configuring IAS for SSO, identity federation, and authentication policies
- Managing security and access controls across MDG, Ariba, and Success Factors
- Ensuring adherence to internal security policies and audit requirements
