Oracle HR Techno-Functional Consultant Job Riyadh area,Riyadh Region Saudi Arabia,IT/Tech

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HR Techno-Functional Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS. You will analyse business requirements, configure and extend Oracle HR solutions, build integrations and reports, resolve production issues, and support HR digital-transformation work.

What you will do

Gather and analyse HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle solutions.
Configure, implement and support Oracle EBS HRMS.
Work closely with HR, IT, business users and project stakeholders.
Run fit-gap analysis and produce functional and technical design documents.
Build and maintain reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions and workflows.
Design and support integrations between Oracle HR and third-party systems.
Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and resolve them in good time.
Support system testing, UAT, deployment and post-production activity.
Prepare test scenarios and scripts, configuration documents and user guides.
Keep solutions aligned with Oracle best practice, security requirements and organisational standards.
Hand over knowledge to business and technical teams and support them afterwards.

What we need from you

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
At least 10 years with Oracle HR applications.
Strong techno-functional experience in Oracle EBS HRMS.
At least one full implementation or major enhancement project.
A solid understanding of HR processes and best practice.
The ability to talk to business people and technical people in their own terms.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
Comfortable working independently and inside a multidisciplinary project team.
