- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in presales, technical support, systems engineering, or IT consulting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English.
- Basic understanding of cloud computing, databases, networking, or enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with AI and data analytics concepts is an advantage but not mandatory
- Experience in responding to RFPs or preparing technical proposals is preferred.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Review customer requirements, RFPs, and technical specifications.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, compliance matrices, presentations, and solution documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and implementation partners to obtain technical information, solution designs, and pricing inputs.
- Participate in customer meetings to understand business and technical requirements.
- Work with senior presales consultants to develop AI, cloud, and data platform solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and bill of materials (BOM) with guidance from senior team members.
- Follow up with vendors and partners for technical clarifications and proposal support.
- Maintain a repository of proposal templates, technical documents, and vendor collateral.
- Pursue AI, cloud, and vendor certifications as part of continuous professional development.
- Stay updated on AI, cloud, and data technologies relevant to the company's business.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of enterprise software solutions.
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
