This is a full-time, on-site role for an Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant based in Riyadh. The consultant will configure, implement, and maintain Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud modules, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, mapping them to Oracle Fusion capabilities, designing and testing solutions, and supporting integrations with other Oracle and third-party systems. The role involves preparing functional and technical documentation, resolving payroll issues, performing regular system audits, and supporting month-end and year-end payroll activities.

The consultant will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams, provide user training, and contribute to continuous process improvement and system optimization.
