Job Description Algoquad is seeking an experienced IT Change Manager to join their team in Jeddah or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on managing enterprise IT change processes, leading Change Advisory Boards (CAB/ECAB), ensuring seamless IT service management, and aligning change governance with Dev Ops, CI/CD, and industry security standards.
Additional Requirements:
Mandatory: ITIL Foundation certification Added Advantage: PMP, PRINCE2, or knowledge of ISO 20000, ISO 27001, SOX, and COBIT

Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end IT change management life cycles across enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, and applications Facilitate and coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB (ECAB) meetings and approvals Integrate change management practices with Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, Release Management, and Dev Sec Ops workflows Utilize ITSM platforms like Service Now, Jira Service Management, or BMC Remedy to track, assess, and audit changes Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, risk mitigation protocols, and industry standards such as ITIL, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, SOX, or COBIT---### Requirements & Hiring
