We are looking for an experienced SAP Success Factors PMGM Support Consultant with 6+ years of experience in production support, incident management, and enhancements. Candidates must hold a valid SAP Success Factors PMGM Certification and be fluent in Arabic and English, including speaking and reading Arabic.

• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP Success Factors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM).
• Resolve incidents, service requests, and defects within agreed SLAs.
• Support annual performance review and goal-setting cycles.
• Configure and maintain Performance Forms, Goal Plans, Route Maps, Rating Scales, Competencies, and Calibration.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve recurring issues.
• Support quarterly releases, regression testing, and system enhancements.
• Work with HR stakeholders, SAP, and third-party vendors to resolve issues.
• Manage incident reporting, SLA dashboards, operational documentation, and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, change management, and operational governance.

• 6+ years of SAP Success Factors experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in PMGM production support and operations.
• Valid SAP Success Factors PMGM Certification.
• Fluent in Arabic and English;
  Arabic speaking and reading skills are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Goal Management, Performance Management, Calibration, RBP, Business Rules, MDF Objects, Reporting, and Employee Central integration.
• Experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, SLA Management, and RCA.

• Dialog or SAP Success Factors Employee Central Certification.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Experience supporting large-scale HR and Talent Management environments.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
