I'm currently looking to connect with experienced SAP Success Factors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) Consultants for an opportunity supporting a large-scale enterprise environment.
This position is focused on production support, operations and continuous improvement, rather than purely project implementation.
Key Requirements:- 6+ years of SAP Success Factors experience
- SAP Success Factors PMGM Certification (mandatory)
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Strong experience in L2/L3 production support and incident management
- Hands-on configuration of Performance Forms, Goal Plans, Route Maps, Rating Scales and Calibration
- Experience with Continuous Performance Management (CPM), Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and Business Rules
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and SLA management
- Experience supporting enterprise-level HR and talent management environments
Ideally, you'll have a background in SAP Success Factors Application Management Services (AMS), with experience supporting live environments, troubleshooting complex issues and delivering ongoing enhancements.
