As a Juniper Network Engineer supporting high-availability enterprise projects in Riyadh via Goahead Consulting, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of network routing, switching, and traffic optimization. Your day-to-day responsibilities include deploying and configuring Juniper network hardware, implementing dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), and maintaining robust VLAN and Quality of Service (QoS) architectures. You will coordinate closely with project managers, client stakeholders, and technical operations squads to troubleshoot network bottlenecks, resolve routing anomalies, and ensure rapid incident restoration.

Furthermore, you will manage immediate availability requirements (joining within 7 days after selection), require a transferable IQAMA, and ensure seamless bilingual communication in Arabic and English.

• Design, configure, deploy, and maintain enterprise Juniper network hardware, routers, and switches.
• Implement and optimize dynamic routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP across complex network topologies.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Virtual Local Area Networks (VLANs), trunking, spanning-tree, and Layer 2/3 switching protocols.
• Establish and monitor Quality of Service (QoS) policies to prioritize mission-critical voice, video, and data traffic.
• Troubleshoot complex network connectivity issues, routing loops, packet loss, and hardware interface failures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, field engineers, and client IT stakeholders in Riyadh.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, network diagrams, and configuration backup runbooks.
• Ensure strict adherence to enterprise security guidelines, network uptime targets, and project delivery deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven professional experience in network engineering specializing in Juniper device configuration and administration.
• Strong technical proficiency in dynamic routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, QoS).
• Mandatory bilingual communication proficiency including fluency in Arabic (Arabic speaking resource) and English.
• Mandatory possession of a transferable IQAMA for legal work eligibility in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and incident management skills.
• Ability to join within 7 days after selection.
• Mandatory legal eligibility to work with availability for on-site project operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

• Professional vendor certifications (e.g., Juniper Networks Certified Professional – Enterprise Routing and Switching – JNCIP-ENT, CCNA/CCNP).
• Experience with data center networking architectures, EVPN‑VXLAN, and software‑defined networking (SD‑WAN).
• Familiarity with automated network management and scripting tools (Python, Ansible).
• Prior professional working experience in telecommunications operator or large enterprise network environments in the GCC region.
