As an IT Infrastructure Lead supporting operations in Riyadh
- Al Aziziyah via Al Rashed, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of server administration, network engineering, vendor coordination, and disaster recovery preparedness. Your day-to-day responsibilities include supervising enterprise networks, servers, and system environments, implementing infrastructure upgrade and modernization projects, and coordinating seamlessly with external vendors and service providers. You will provide robust support for information security protocols and backup operations, continuously improve system stability, and minimize unplanned downtime.

Furthermore, you will manage immediate application expectations, ensure strong command of English communication, and coordinate job applications using the mandatory email subject line.

• Manage, oversee, and optimize daily IT infrastructure operations, server farms, and core networking environments.
• Supervise enterprise networks, physical/virtual servers, and mission-critical operating systems.
• Implement and monitor infrastructure upgrade, expansion, and modernization projects.
• Coordinate technical engagements with external vendors, contractors, and telecommunications service providers.
• Support comprehensive information security policies, access controls, and scheduled backup operations.
• Drive proactive system improvements to maximize uptime, enhance system stability, and minimize operational downtime.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, network connectivity, VPN tunnels, and firewall rule configurations.
• Maintain meticulous technical documentation, network topologies, and system administration runbooks.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of progressive professional experience in IT infrastructure management and systems administration.
• Hands-on operational experience with enterprise networks, physical/virtual servers, VPNs, Wi‑Fi infrastructure, firewalls, and backup solutions.
• Strong command of English communication (written and verbal) and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Preferred professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and incident management capabilities.
• Mandatory legal eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia with local residency and availability for on-site operations in Riyadh.

• Advanced certifications in cloud infrastructure administration (AWS Certified Sys Ops Administrator or Azure Solutions Architect).
• Experience with software-defined networking (SD-WAN) and enterprise endpoint security suites.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks and automated monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus).
• Prior professional working experience in multi-site retail, industrial, or corporate enterprise environments.
