Senior Pre-Sales Engineer

Senior Pre-Sales Engineer is accountable for advising and coordinating with the Sales team and Pre-Sales Engineers on all technical issues related but not limited to account penetration strategies pre-sales implementations and solution design S He is a technical expert building strong relationships with partners and customers and driving the business through multiple technical initiatives

• Act as a subject matter expert in technical solutions design of assigned product service portfolio
• Work with the Sales team and Pre-Sales Engineers to develop and implement specific account penetration strategies
• Collaborate with the Sales team and Pre-Sales Engineers in qualifying opportunities supporting and advising on the technical aspect of the sales lifecycle including technical qualification solution design presentation of solution proposals and high-level designs and demonstrations
• Run manage and drive proof of concepts POC and request for proposals RFP and close opportunities from a pre-sales and implementation perspective
• Build sound relationships with partners and customers in support of sales objectives engage personnel and leverage corporate resources and budgets as appropriate
• Lead technical sales calls Identify customers queries and problems attend to their needs and map requirements with existing solutions
• Manage adoption integration and value generation of assigned products services within customers business and related IT infrastructure
• Review and ensure timely and accurate pre-sales documentation
• Maintain a deep understanding of customers business and their technical environment
• Create training contents when and if necessary
• Put available systems into practice salesforce com CRM for leads opportunity and deal registration management for output efficiency and standardization

• Provide presales and post-sales support for HPE Compute Storage Green Lake Hybrid Cloud and related datacenter solutions
• Understand customer requirements and design suitable HPE solution architectures Prepare solution sizing BOMs technical proposals and RFP RFQ responses Conduct customer presentations workshops and technical discussions Support sales teams in opportunity qualification solution positioning and closure Coordinate with HPE distributors and implementation teams for solution validation and delivery

• Strong knowledge of HPE Compute and Storage solutions
• Good understanding of Green Lake Hybrid Cloud virtualization backup and DR
• Experience in solution sizing architecture design and BOM preparation
• Good knowledge of SAN networking and datacenter infrastructure concepts
• Strong RFP RFQ presentation and customer-facing skills
• Good communication analytical and problem-solving skills
• Relevant HPE technical certifications preferred

Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field

At least 5 years of relevant experience
