- Design and implement revenue assurance processes and controls to detect and prevent revenue leakage.
- Analyze large datasets using SQL to identify billing discrepancies and anomalies.
- Develop maintain and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor revenue metrics and KPIs.
- Perform periodic audits of billing and revenue systems including reconciliation of invoices payments and usage data.
- Collaborate with finance billing IT and operations teams to investigate and resolve revenue discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Familiarity with billing systems ERP platforms e g SAP Oracle and data governance frameworks.
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in revenue assurance, finance analytics, or telecommunications operations.
- Technical expertise in revenue assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI.
