Linnk Group is hiring a Senior Applications Management Specialist for a yearly renewable contract in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is designed for an experienced IT professional with a strong background in application management, application support, or IT service delivery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing business-critical banking applications, maintaining system stability, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs). The position involves major incident management, root cause analysis, production support, release coordination, and vendor performance monitoring.
Candidates should have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, with banking or financial services experience preferred. Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory. This role is suitable for senior professionals seeking to apply their expertise in enterprise application operations and IT service management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage application operations and production support for business-critical banking applications.
- Lead major incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors and monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage application releases, change management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
- Support cybersecurity requirements, internal and external audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning and related operational activities.
- Prepare application performance reports and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain application stability and support operational service delivery objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in Application Management, Application Support, or IT Service Delivery.
- Banking or financial services experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and practices.
- Experience in incident management, vendor management, and SLA governance.
- Familiarity with Service Now, Jira, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
