Implementation Engineer KSA)

File Cloud is looking for an
Implementation Engineer in the KSA Region who has worked with multiple technology companies and has a minimum of 6 years’ experience which comprises elements of design, architecting and implementing of IT solutions as well as supporting the process of selling complex IT solutions to large enterprises.

File Cloud is a hyper-secure EFSS (Enterprise File Sync and Share) platform that provides industry leading compliance, data governance, data leak protection, data retention and digital rights management capabilities. File Cloud is a leader in content governance and collaboration for unstructured data, trusted and used worldwide across Global 1000 enterprises, educational institutions, government organizations, and service providers. In addition to its enterprise file sharing solution, File Cloud’s product portfolio also includes Signority (acquired in May 2024), a Canadian-based e-signature and document workflow platform.

We are currently expanding our team as we grow and improve File Cloud.

Implementation Engineer

Job Duties:

• Design and develop technical solutions tailored to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
• Install, configure, and integrate new systems and software with clients’ existing IT infrastructure.
• Perform rigorous testing of systems to ensure stability, efficiency, and security before full-scale implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation phase, offering timely and effective solutions.
• Train client staff on the operation and maintenance of new systems, ensuring they are competent and confident in their use.
• Evaluate post-implementation system performance, making adjustments as necessary and providing ongoing support and optimization services.
• Supporting the sales team for technical questions.

Key

Skills & Experience:

• Ability to understand prospects/customers business objectives and priorities by acting as a trusted advisor to help shape their use case and propose the best solution architecture
• Minimum of 6+ years of technical experience within multiple technology companies selling into enterprise accounts
• Cloud experience with one of these cloud providers: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
• Knowledge about web protocols and security
• Minimum of 6+ years of designing and architecting highly available/redundant IT solutions for enterprise accounts
• Experience in Linux administration and troubleshooting, preferably with distros like Ubuntu and Red Hat
• Participate in post-sales calls/activities with large customers ensuring continuity and success in the customer’s subsequent adoption, usage, and future expansion
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze and solve problems both independently and within cross-functional teams
• Passion for technology so they can act as evangelists for the products in discussions with potential customers and partners, to direct opinions and inspire action
• Fluent and a multidialectalof the Arabic language
• An excellent command of English language, both written and verbal is essential

Desirable skills for the role:

• Experience in Windows administration and troubleshooting, especially with Active directory and NTFS permissions
• Familiarity with file sharing solutions
• The Wider Middle East experience would be a very big plus!

Our ideal candidate for this role:

You will have worked for multiple different vendors as a Implementation Engineer/Architect or Support Engineer over the course of 6+ years. This person will have an abundance of Windows or Linux experience with a background in IT solutions design.
