- Administer and maintain the Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM (MDM) platform, including device enrollment, configuration, application deployment, updates, and secure retirement.
- Manage integrations with Active Directory, certificates, ADFS, MFA, and network/security components in coordination with relevant teams.
- Enforce device security and compliance policies and provide audit evidence and compliance reports.
- Resolve L3 incidents and service requests through Service Now, ensuring SLA compliance and supporting L1/L2 teams with escalations.
- Perform root cause analysis, implement permanent fixes, and manage changes through the approved CAB process.
- Maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Monitor platform performance, prepare operational reports, and support knowledge transfer from the existing service provider.
- BSc. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ Yrs. of experience in enterprise mobility and endpoint management, including 3 years of hands-on Workspace ONE UEM (Air Watch) administration.
- Strong knowledge of Workspace ONE UEM, Active Directory, PKI certificates, ADFS, MFA, and basic networking and security.
- Experience with Service Now and ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Familiarity with Ivanti, SCCM, or Nexthink is an advantage.
- Workspace ONE and ITIL 4 certifications are preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and cross-team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in English;
Arabic is an advantage. - Availability for out-of-hours changes and critical incidents when required.
