Position Summary:
Serves as the single senior technical authority for the client internal team. This role mandates specialized technical experience integrating Oracle Cloud with construction tools (Primavera P6, Aconex), executing D365 construction dataset migrations, and building EPC operational reports (OTBI/BIP).
Key Responsibilities & EPC
Specific Duties :
· Stream 1:
Construction Integration Architecture (OIC):
Audit TDDs; design and validate REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and OIC orchestration pipelines connecting Oracle Fusion with Primavera P6 (schedules/costs), Banking Host-to-Host portals, ZATCA E-Invoicing Gateways, and Document Management (Aconex).
· Stream 2: D365 to Oracle Construction Data Migration:
Direct extraction of complex EPC data from D365 BYOD / SQL databases; execute ETL scripts transforming D365 data into Oracle FBDI and HDL templates; establish 100% automated reconciliation for WBS line items, open PO commitments, sub-ledger AP/AR, and GL balances across Mock 1, Mock 2, Mock 3, and Cutover.
· Stream 3:
Construction BI & Operational Reporting:
Build OTBI subject area queries, executive dashboards, and pixel-perfect BI Publisher (BIP) printable documents (Purchase Orders, Subcontract Valuation Certificates, Payment Vouchers, Payslips); ensure 100% parity with legacy D365 SSRS reports.
· Technical Environment Governance:
Oversee Oracle Quarterly Update patch impacts, sandbox refreshes, code deployments, and technical cutover sequencing across all technical streams.
Required Qualifications & Mandatory EPC
Experience:

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
· Mandatory EPC Industry
Experience:
Minimum 6+ years of technical developer / architect experience specifically building integrations, data pipelines, and reports for EPC or heavy construction firms (MANDATORY).
· Overall Technical
Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of enterprise technical development experience in Oracle ERP and database environments.
· Oracle & D365 Technical Mastery: 4+ years dedicated to Oracle Fusion Cloud, OIC, FBDI/HDL data loaders, and Oracle Analytics (OTBI/BIP), combined with hands-on technical proficiency extracting data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O / BYOD).Required Professional
Certifications:
· Oracle Application Integration Cloud (OIC) Specialist Certification (Mandatory)
· Oracle Business Intelligence / Analytics Cloud Specialist Certification (Mandatory)
· Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Architect Associate / Professional (Highly Desirable)
· Microsoft Certified:
