Overview Parsons is seeking an experienced PMIS Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on the implementation, configuration, integration, and technical administration of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) supporting large-scale client programs. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of PMIS implementation projects across Parsons ' EMEA operations, working with project teams and clients to develop integrated technology solutions that support project and construction management activities.

The position requires strong technical expertise in PMWeb or comparable PMIS platforms, software programming, REST API integrations, advanced reporting, and business intelligence. You will be expected to work with considerable independence, analyze client requirements, develop technical solutions, and support the ongoing operation of project management applications.

• Implement, configure, and administer PMWeb to meet client requirements and project management needs.
• Support the technical delivery of PMIS implementation projects, ensuring that system configurations align with business and operational requirements.
• Maintain PMIS applications through programming, troubleshooting, and technical administration activities.
• Work independently on assigned implementation tasks while coordinating with the wider project delivery team.
• Adapt to new technologies and software platforms adopted by Parsons for different client implementation projects.
• Provide day-to-day software operational support to internal and external business partners.

Systems Integration and Programming
- Lead the development of integration scenarios between PMIS platforms, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and specialist technology applications.

• Design and manage integration activities using Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
• Develop integration programs and technical solutions using programming languages such as Java and .NET.
• Apply REST API technologies to establish and maintain data integration pipelines between connected systems.
• Coordinate integration requirements and technical solutions with relevant project stakeholders.
• Investigate technical integration challenges and develop appropriate solutions to support system functionality.

Business Requirements and Solution Design
- Lead information-gathering sessions with clients to understand business processes, operational requirements, and project objectives.

• Analyze and prioritize client requirements to support the development of appropriate PMIS solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical implementation requirements and system configuration activities.
• Coordinate and review solution designs with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Support the implementation of technology solutions that address project and program management requirements.
