We are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultants to support and lead Oracle Cloud EPM implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives across clients. The role involves business requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, data integration, reconciliation, reporting, deployment, and post-go-live support. candidates will additionally lead workshops, architecture decisions, stakeholder management, and end-to-end EPM delivery activities.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud EPM solutions and functional specifications.
- Conduct discovery sessions, requirement-gathering workshops, and solution validation meetings with business stakeholders.
- Configure Oracle Cloud EPM applications including:
- Narrative Reporting
- Profitability & Cost Management (PCM)
- Configure dimensions, hierarchies, forms, dashboards, business rules, calculations, workflows, approvals, and security.
- Define budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reconciliation, and management reporting processes.
- Support metadata management, data integration, data validation, reconciliation, and data quality activities.
- Design and validate reports, dashboards, KPIs, and Smart View templates.
- Define and support integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Cloud EPM, and external systems.
- Prepare configuration workbooks, functional designs, mapping documents, traceability matrices, and solution documentation.
- Lead or support SIT, UAT, reconciliation activities, defect management, and business acceptance processes.
- Support data migration, cutover planning, production validation, hypercare, and transition to support.
- Develop training materials, user guides, release documentation, and knowledge-transfer deliverables.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, ERP consultants, technical teams, architects, and project leadership.
- Provide regular project status updates and proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Mentor junior team members and review project deliverables where required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Additional Oracle Cloud certifications.
- 6+ years of Oracle Functional consulting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM implementations or support engagements.
- Proven experience leading Oracle Cloud EPM implementations and transformation initiatives.
