Job Description:
As an ICT Technician supporting advanced information and communication technology infrastructure at S3 KSA in Riyadh, you will take full operational and technical ownership of daily ICT support tasks, data center operations, surveillance system monitoring, and network troubleshooting. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include inspecting server and network racks in data center facilities, configuring and maintaining IP CCTV surveillance camera systems, troubleshooting local area network (LAN) connectivity issues, and resolving end‑user support tickets.
You will collaborate closely with network engineers, system administrators, and facility operations squads to maintain high service standards. Furthermore, you will manage application requirements via direct email to , ensuring strict compliance with ICT educational prerequisites and experience standards.
- Monitor, maintain, and support enterprise data center operations, server racks, cooling infrastructure, and power distribution units.
- Configure, deploy, calibrate, and troubleshoot IP CCTV surveillance camera systems, recording servers, and video management software.
- Assist in maintaining IT networking components, switches, routers, structured cabling, patch panels, and fiber optic links.
- Provide responsive Tier-1 and Tier-2 technical support for hardware, software, printing, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, hardware diagnostics, firmware upgrades, and component replacements.
- Maintain meticulous asset inventories, equipment issuance logs, IP address schedules, and wiring documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to physical security protocols, data center access controls, and safety compliance standards.
- Collaborate cross-functional with IT engineering squads and facility management teams to resolve operational incidents promptly.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Network Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 1+ year of progressive professional experience in ICT support, data center operations, or network administration.
- Strong practical knowledge of Data Center operations, rack management, environmental monitoring, and structured cabling.
- Hands‑on experience configuring and maintaining CCTV surveillance camera systems, NVRs/DVRs, and security monitoring software.
- Solid foundational knowledge of IT networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, Ethernet switching, and VLAN configurations.
- Excellent problem‑solving aptitude, attention to detail, and willingness to perform hands‑on technical tasks.
- Fluent English and Arabic communication skills (written and spoken) for effective cross‑functional collaboration.
- Mandatory legal work eligibility in Saudi Arabia with local residency and availability for on‑site operations in Riyadh.
