Sales Specialist

Do

• Any undergraduate degree, although an MBA is preferred
• Drive end-to-end sales until closure, proposal management, or project-based work experience with large deals; at least 8 years of relevant expertise in IT Services & Consulting.
• Written and verbal fluency in English
• Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
• Proven sales, sales enablement, and negotiation skills, as well as familiarity with design thinking fundamentals, pipeline management, deal qualification, competitive positioning, client relationship strategy, deal shaping, and financial modelling,contract drafting and management.
• Good knowledge of business process outsourcing, application development, cloud computing, security, as well as other technology platforms and aspects.
• Work experience in the professional services sector.
• Working knowledge of multifaceted, multifillion-dollar prospects that are large, global, and complex.
