• Support and maintain SAP HCM and SAP Success Factors solutions in a complex ERP environment.
• Participate in full-cycle SAP and Success Factors HCM implementations, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Configure and integrate relevant HCM modules according to business requirements.
• Support integrations between SAP HCM and other enterprise systems and SAP modules, including PS, MM, SD, AD, and Ariba, where applicable.
• Work with Success Factors products and related solutions, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning Management, Employee Central, and Payroll.
• Support HR processes such as hiring, employee lifecycle management, training, and performance management.
• Apply knowledge of SAP RISE and private cloud architecture to support enterprise ERP environments.
• Follow applicable SAP governance frameworks and tools, including SAC, AD, and CALM.
• Support data migration activities and help maintain data accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver system improvements.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 9+ years of hands-on experience in SAP and Success Factors HCM within a complex ERP environment.
• Proven experience in full-cycle SAP and Success Factors HCM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of configuration, testing, integration, and post-go-live support.
• Experience integrating SAP HCM with other SAP modules and enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of SAP RISE and private cloud architecture.
• Familiarity with SAP governance frameworks and tools, including SAC, AD, and CALM.
• Mandatory SAP certification in a Success Factors (SF) module.
• Deep technical knowledge of SAP HCM and Success Factors functionalities.
• Understanding of modules and products such as Recruiting (RCT), Onboarding (ONB), Learning Management System (LMS), Employee Central (EC), Payroll (PY), and S/4
  
  HANA HR modules.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
