A leading food company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Applications Support Analyst to join its IT Department in Riyadh. The position focuses on supporting business applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining reliable application operations.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 3–5 years of experience in IT business applications support. Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Database, SQL, database programming, application troubleshooting, and testing is required. Experience in ERP-based environments is preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support for business applications and investigate application-related issues.
- Troubleshoot application and database problems.
- Work with Oracle EBS and Oracle Database environments.
- Use SQL and database programming skills to support analysis and troubleshooting.
- Assist with application testing and issue resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to support business application operations.
