DevOps Engineer; Saudi

This is a junior to early mid level Dev Ops role for someone with 1 to 3 years of hands-on work. The job centers on keeping delivery pipelines reliable, running containerized apps on Kubernetes, and automating routine operations. A strong candidate is comfortable with Docker, one major cloud, Terraform or similar tools, and basic Bash or Python, and knows when to ask senior engineers for help.

AI tools can speed up writing pipeline configs, scripts and infrastructure code, and can help sort alerts and suggest likely causes of failures. Someone still has to judge whether a change is safe, trace a real outage to its root cause, and keep access and deployments secure. Those habits matter more as AI-driven products ship faster and change more often.

Lucidya sells an AI-based customer experience platform, so this role gives exposure to how AI-driven services are deployed, monitored and kept healthy in production. Someone could build experience by learning how model-backed services behave under load and what to watch for in their health checks and dashboards. Trying AI coding assistants on scripts and pipeline files, while reviewing every result carefully, is a practical way to start.
