IBM Maximo CAFM Consultant

Lead and participate in the implementation of IBM Maximo modules including Assets Locations Work Orders Preventive Maintenance Service Requests Inventory and Purchasing Configure Maximo to meet the business requirements and ensure seamless integration with Oracle Fusion modules like Finance Procurement Inventory PPM and HCM Work with business stakeholders to understand their facilities management and maintenance processes challenges and objectives Provide recommendations and best practices for optimizing planned preventive maintenance reactive maintenance helpdesk and SLA processes using Maximo functionalities Design and deliver the Maximo Oracle Fusion integration items suppliers purchase requisitions and orders receipts invoices chart of accounts and work order costs using the Maximo Integration Framework REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud Prepare and execute functional testing including User Acceptance Testing UAT to validate system configurations Collaborate with technical teams including developers for customizations integrations and reporting Assist in data migration from legacy CAFM systems to Maximo including asset registers locations PM schedules and job plans Conduct training sessions for end users and prepare comprehensive training materials Develop detailed documentation for system configurations processes and changes Provide post-implementation support and address any system issues or user queries Ensure regular system updates and upgrades are implemented with minimal disruption to business processes Stay updated on the latest Maximo Application Suite and Oracle Fusion features and functionality and recommend enhancements to leverage new capabilities Lead initiatives to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the CAFM system and related processes

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. IBM Maximo certification is highly desirable. 5+ years of experience working with IBM Maximo, with at least 2 years of experience in Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8/9). Strong background in implementing and configuring Maximo, including Application Designer, Workflow, Escalations, and automation scripts. Experience in integrating Maximo with Oracle Fusion modules like Finance, Procurement and PPM, and with other systems such as BMS and GIS.

In-depth knowledge of Maximo architecture, the Maximo Integration Framework, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work closely with business users and IT teams to align solutions with business goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead discussions and train users. Experience with cloud-based CAFM solutions and SaaS environments.
