We're seeking a banking Solution Analyst for a 12-month engagement. This is an onsite position based in Riyadh.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse requirements with business stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Analyse business requirement documents and break requirements into solutions.
- Contribute to preparing and validating low-level designs.
- Support solution design, integrations, testing, and implementation.
- Work with APIs, system architecture, payment systems, and core banking platforms.
- Prepare clear documentation and support alignment between business and technology teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Background in solution or business analysis in banking.
- Knowledge of payment systems and core banking platforms.
- Experience with requirements gathering, BRD/SRD documentation, and functional analysis.
- Exposure to low-level design and development environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluent English;
Arabic is preferred. - Experience in the KSA banking sector is an advantage.
