We are looking for an Application Monitoring Engineer to join our 24x7 monitoring team on the ZATCA project.

What you’ll do:- Monitor application dashboards (App Dynamics) around the clock
- Acknowledge and triage alerts fast (we’re talking minutes, not hours)
- Run approved troubleshooting playbooks and escalated when needed
- Keep clean incident logs and shift handovers

- 2+ years’ experience in application/IT monitoring
- Familiarity with APM tools, APIs, basic SQL, and ITIL incident management
