As an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant supporting Mastek in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of supply chain module configuration, business process re‑engineering, and end‑to‑end user training. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include gathering business requirements, mapping workflows across Oracle Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Advanced Supply Chain modules, and executing end‑to‑end (ETE) Oracle implementation and support projects.

You will collaborate closely with technical developers, database administrators, and client stakeholder squads in Agile sprint environments.

• Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into robust Oracle SCM functional design specifications.
• Configure and administer core Oracle Supply Chain Management modules including Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and WIP.
• Participate actively in end‑to‑end (ETE) Oracle implementation, business process re‑engineering, and post‑production support projects.
• Design and execute comprehensive functional test scenarios, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end‑user training sessions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with technical developers and OAF/PL/SQL programmers to build custom interfaces and extensions.
• Analyze supply chain operational bottlenecks and recommend best‑practice solutions to optimize enterprise logistics.
• Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, quality assurance standards, and enterprise governance frameworks.
• Maintain comprehensive functional documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), setup documents, and training manuals.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2+ years of progressive professional experience as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant (Junior to Mid‑Level).
• Strong, demonstrable hands‑on professional expertise in configuring Oracle SCM modules (Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management).
• Practical hands‑on experience participating in at least one (1) End‑to‑End (ETE) Oracle Implementation or Support project.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of supply chain business processes, procure‑to‑pay (P2P), and order‑to‑cash (O2C) life cycles.
• Solid practical experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and user acceptance testing.
• Exceptional analytical, stakeholder management, presentation, and cross‑functional communication capabilities.
• Mandatory Saudi National citizenship (exclusive to Saudi Nationals as per client requirements) and immediate availability preferred.
